The Judgment search portal is a free citizen-centric
service for all stakeholders, including litigants,
advocates, judges, law enforcement agencies etc.
and it is available 24*7. The portal is user-friendly
with the free downloadable option of the High
Court Judgments. It saves the cost spent by the
stakeholders. The portal is accessibility compliant,
and the judgments are Digitally accessible to persons
with disabilities. The Judgment search portal serves
as a one-stop authenticated, unified portal for all
Judgments and orders of the High Court of India.
And this judgment search portal is based on the
constitutional mandate of the Right to access Justice
guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution, which
encompasses the right to access judgment/orders.

downloadable option of any Judgements from the user friendly portal. The Judgment search portal provides
Judgments of all the High courts (more than 83 lakh judgments free of cost at a click of a mouse 24*7 )
Accessibility compliance: The portal is accessibility compliant, and the judgments are digitally accessible
for PwD
Authenticated unified one-stop portal: The user need not go to every High Court website; the user can
get the judgment from this centralized, one-stop Pan India national-level website. The litigant/public/user
can get the authenticated copies of judgments within minutes from this centralised depository of the High
Court judgments portal
