                                                          Mine Mitra is an innovative & unique initiative conceptualized
                                                          by DGM, GoUP. It’s inspired by the vision of our Prime Minister
                                                          for  Digital  India.  Mine  Mitra  has  been  successfully  deployed
                                                          creating a standardized legal regime applicable uniformly to
                                                          all concessionaires operating across the state.

                                                          It is integrated with Nivesh Mitra, Bhulekh, Vahan (MoRTH) & CM
                                                          dashboard Darpan as well as mineral transit pass portals of
                                                          bordering  states.  Selected  services  are  notified  under  Janhit
                                                          guarantee  while  all  notified  services  of  the  department  are
                                                          integrated  with  e-District  portal  to  provide  citizen-centric
                                                          services online via 1.74 Lakh CSCs (Common Service Center) in
                                                          Uttar Pradesh.
             Impact:
             Promoted ease of doing business through user friendly, efficient, responsive unified platform including online
             payments without visiting district offices

             Eliminated physical interface, multiple manual interactions with different departments & minimized processing
             time of disbursing an application

             Prohibited multiple transportation on single transit pass & ensured minimal anomalies as fake tampered papers
             Multiple channels for service accessibility increased transparency by furnishing all information on  web portals
             & mobile app
             Concessionaires given equal access to required data promoting fair play & competitiveness
             Average time for transaction reduced from 15 days to 15 minutes. Average time to close issues is 10 minutes
             Curbed malpractices, unscientific mining, illegal mineral transportation, overloading, reduced human intervention
             & monitored royalty pilferage Generated a revenue of 65.32 Cr from IMSS (Integrated Mining Surveillance System)
             developed under MINEMITRA

             Weakened  nexus  &  monopolies  by  providing  equal  opportunity  to  upcoming  entrepreneurs  Adhocism  is
             eliminated  in  enforcement  with  real-time  reports  so  no  more  arbitrariness  Direct  interface  between  seller  &
             buyer with e-commerce platform eliminates need of third-party vendors
             Linking to CSCs boosted rural livelihood & economy, promoted local entrepreneurship, processed 77,611 online
             applications,  issued  2.37  crore  EMM11,  registered  1107  sellers  on  e-commerce  platform,  registered  1,05,000
             transporters and disbursed 36,476 e-Notices till date
